Common Area for third floor guests:



The third floor is newly renovated. There are five rooms that share the same common room with cathedral ceiling. A deck provides a glorious view of Canadarago Lake and the expansive lawn of Lake House.

There is a staircase at both ends of the third floor for easy exit. The third floor can be entered via a staircase on the second floor or the staircase at the north end of the Lake House that has a deck and is ideal for private access.

During the renovation, a state of the art sprinkler and alarm system were installed. Similar to the second floor every room has linens provided, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The third floor has five rooms with baths. Four of the rooms have one queen bed and a fifth room with two queen beds. Three of the five rooms have air conditioning. The other two have floor to ceiling windows that provide cool breeze from the lake.




Room 10 | "The Catcher's Box" Room and Rates:


This quaint room sleeps 2 and has a queen bed with a bath/shower, and A/C.


Room 11 | "The Double-Header" Room and Rates:


This room sleeps 4, has two queen beds and a bath/shower, and A/C.


Room 12 | "The Short Stop" Room and Rates:


This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed with a bath/shower, and A/C.


Room 13 | "The Southpaw" Room and Rates:


This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed and a bath/shower. When you stay in this room you can enjoy an ideal view overlooking Canadarago lake, the lawn, and 500 ft. of shoreline.


Room 14 | "Fielder's Choice" Room and Rates:


This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed and a bath and shower. Room 14 has a large floor to ceiling view of Canadarago Lake, along with the grounds and 500 ft. of shoreline. With a large screened in window, this room catches the evening's summer breeze off Canadarago Lake providing a wonderful night of sleep.
