Rooms & Rates

All rooms have High Speed Wireless Internet, Air-Conditioning, Private baths & Cable T.V. There are eight rooms on the second floor, each with private bathroom. In the center is a common area with sofa, chairs, a gally kitchen, and computer station. The third floor has just been renovated. It has five rooms with private baths. There is also a large great room with living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Just off the great room is a deck that provides a glorious view of Canadarago Lake and the expansive lawn that reaches down to the lake shore.

First & Second Floor Rooms (30 people) - $7,500 / week ($250/person)
There are 8+1 rooms on this floor plus a large central common room where you can hang out and watch TV with your family and friends. Each room has its own private bath. See second floor link for more info. There will also be one room located on the first floor containing 2 Queen beds. This room is Handicapped accessible and is not listed anywhere else on the website.

Second Floor Rooms (25 people) - $6,500 / week ($260/person)
There are 8 rooms on this floor plus a large central common room where you can hang out and watch TV with your family and friends. Mini kitchen with sink, microwave, refrigerator and toaster is also on the second floor for your convenience.There also is a washer and dryer available for your use. Each room has its own private bath. See second floor link for pictures and more information.

Cottage by the Lake (10 people) - $2,400 / week ($240/person)
Escape the hustle and bustle from the day and get away to you own private cabin by the lake. See cottage by the lake link for more info.

The Lake House 3rd Floor: (12 people) $3,200/week ($267/person)

Meals The restaurant is open everyday at noon and serves both lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available each morning from 8-9 AM and is only $8/pp ($4.00 for 8 and under) for a hot, homemade and tasty breakfast.

Payments
The person making the reservation is responsible for all payments It is difficult to accept individual payments from each person in your group. Please arrange to send one payment or use one credit card.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your arrival date.

A deposit of at least half the total cost of your package is due within two weeks of your reservation any remaining balance on the cost of your package must be paid in full by April 15.

Any reservations made after April 15 must make an initial deposit of at least half the total cost of your package and pay in full within two weeks of the day you placed your reservation.

We accept personal checks, Master Card, and Visa. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

Notes: No refunds will be issued on canceled group reservations. No exceptions. We regret that we have to insist on this policy, however, due to the large number of rooms being reserved a cancellation would make it impossible to rebook.
