THE THIRD FLOOR


The Lake House 3rd Floor: sleeps 12 people
$3,200/week

The third floor is newly renovated. Wood accents adorn this level. There are five rooms that share the same common room with cathedral ceilings.
A deck provides a glorious view of Canadarago Lake and the expansive lawn of Lake House.

There is now a staircase at both ends of the third floor for easy exit. The third floor can be entered via a staircase on the second floor or, the staircase at the north end of the Lake House has a deck and is ideal for private access.

During the renovation a state of the art sprinkler and alarm system were installed. There is now a staircase at both ends of the third floor for easy exit. Similar to the second floor every room has linens provided, cable tv, and free Wi-Fi.

The third floor has five rooms with baths. Four of the rooms have one queen bed and a fifth room with two queen beds.



Room 10 | "The Catcher's Box"

This quaint room sleeps 2 and has a queen bed and a private bath with tub/shower, and A/C.




Room 11 | "The Double-Header"

This room sleeps 4, has two queen beds and a private bath with tub/shower, and A/C.




Room 12 | "The Short Stop"

This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed and a private bath with shower, and A/C.





Room 13 | "Caught Looking"

This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed and a private bath with tub/shower. When you stay in this room you can enjoy an ideal view overlooking Canadarago lake, the lawn, and 500 ft. of shoreline.






Room 14 | "Fielder's Choice"

This room sleeps 2, has one queen bed and a private bath with tub/shower. Room 14 has a large floor to celing view of Canadarago Lake, the lawn and 500 ft. of shoreline. With a large screened in window, this room catches the evening's summer breeze off Canadarago Lake providing a wonderful night of sleep.
