Second Floor Rooms (25 people) - $5,000 / week (that's only $200/person)
There are 8 rooms on this floor plus a large central common room where you can hang out and watch TV with your family and friends.  Each room has its own private bath.  See second floor link for more info.

Second Floor Rooms (30 people) - $6,000 / week (that's only $200/person)
There are 8+1 rooms on this floor plus a large central common room where you can hang out and watch TV with your family and friends.  Each room has its own private bath.  See second floor link for more info.  There will also be one room located on the first floor containing 2 Queen beds.  This room is Handicapped accessible and is not listed anywhere else on the website.  So there will be a total of 10 rooms when renting for 30 people.

Third Floor Rooms (12 people) - $2,400 / week (that's only $200/person)
The third floor is not yet ready to rent please check back soon.

Cottage by the Lake (6 people) - $2,000 / week (that's only $334/person)

Summerwood (20 people) - $4,000 / week (that's only $200/person)
There are 6 rooms at this beautiful and historic house.  Amenities include a full kitchen as well , washer and dryer, cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, and free phone. 

Add-ons

Meal Plan - $200/ person/week  (meal plans booked after Jan will increase to $225/person/week)
Meal plans are available on a weekly basis only. 
The cost includes 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
THAT'S LESS THAN $30 A DAY FOR ALL THREE MEALS
Note: Drinks and gratuity are NOT included;
          Lunch is served at the Lake House or a Box Lunch will be available to take with you to the game.;
          Dinner is served at the Lake House ONLY; no take-outs available.

Museum Tickets (not available Jan - Mar)

All Inclusive - Tickets to Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum and the Farmers Museum. $30/person.   
Baseball and Art Museum - Tickets to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Fenimore Art Museum.  $21/person.
Baseball and Farm Museum - Tickets to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Farmers Museum.       $21/person.

Notes:
Group rates are not valid with any other promotions or discounts.  No refunds will be issued on canceled group reservations.  No exceptions.  We regret that we have to insist on this policy, however, due to the large number of rooms being reserved a cancellation would make it impossible to rebook.

Payments:  The  person making the reservation is responsible for all payments.  We can accept payments from only one person.  We do not accept individual payments from each person in your group.  Please arrange to send one payment or use one credit card. 
An initial deposit of at least half the total cost of your package is due at the time of your reservation.
Any remaining balance on the cost of your package must be paid in full no later than April 15.
Any reservations made after April 15 must make an initial deposit of at least half the total cost of your package
        and pay in full within two weeks of the day you placed your reservation (not the date of arrival).
